New ZIP Code Reports Feature Breakouts by Circulation Type
At the recent 2009 CVC board of advisors meeting, a mandate was issued that future audit reports will feature an enhanced ZIP code report (Paragraph 9).
Paragraph 9, "Distribution by ZIP Code," of the new audit reports will feature distribution breakouts by paid or free circulation beginning this spring. The chart in Paragraph 9 will also feature DMA, county information and other detailed geographic descriptions.
To accommodate the additional data, the new "Distribution by ZIP Code" chart will have a landscape presentation. The enhanced chart will include all of the information formerly contained in Paragraph 10, "Distribution by County." In new audit reports, Paragraph 10 will be eliminated.
