Information Access Renewal
CVC access is granted annually and expires 12 months from the membership approval date. Although CVC will contact the client prior to access expiration it is the client's responsibility to keep their access current.
Alteration of CVC Reports
CVC reports are not to be altered.
Reproduction of Reports
CVC reports can not be reproduced under any circumstance.
Release of Audit Reports
CVC publishing clients grant permission to release audit reports to media buyers. Information access approval will be based on this and other criteria.
Account Balances
Invoiced account balances are payable 30 days after invoicing for service. After 30 days, a service charge of 1.5% per month is added. Invoiced service deposits are due within fourteen (14) days.
NSF Checks
A fee of $30.00 per check will be charged for checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
Unauthorized Use of CVC Logo or Name
Use of the CVC logo or name is restricted to "current" CVC publishing and associate member clients.
Additional Reports
One (1) report from each client is included with your printed report release package. Additional reports are available for the costs listed below:

Agreement
This agreement is subject to Missouri law and court jurisdiction.
Confidentiality Agreement
This agreement must be signed prior to CVC information access.
