CVC’s Gold Standard Award is bestowed annually on those publications that meet strict quantitative criteria for receivership and readership (from section 11 of the audit) and purchasing scores (from question 2 or 3 of the readership study). Criteria for single-copy and rack-distributed publications include verification of distribution scores (section 12) instead of receivership and readership.
